Job Summary
Conduct private and small group swim lessons, creating custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability and learning style. Schedule lessons with flexibility, travel safely to client pool locations, and assess student skills while monitoring progress to adapt lessons to meet individual needs. Ensure student safety at all times and provide a fun, tracked learning experience for swimmers of all ages. Earn $40-$70 per hour with payments processed within 24 hours. Requires at least two years of swim instruction experience, CPR and First Aid certification, and a clear background check.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of swim instruction experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation
- Swim instruction equipment if need be
- Must be based in the US and have US work authorization
- Clear a background check
