Job Summary
Conduct private and small group swim lessons tailored to individual student abilities, while assessing progress and adapting plans to meet specific needs. Schedule flexible lessons with clients at their homes or community pools, ensuring safe travel to all locations and maintaining student safety at all times. Create custom lesson plans and deliver a tracked, fun learning experience for swimmers of all ages and skill levels. Earn $40-$70 per hour with payments processed within 24 hours, requiring at least two years of experience, CPR/First Aid certification, and US work authorization. Begin teaching within 48 hours of onboarding as part of InstaSwim's national network.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of swim instruction experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation
- Swim instruction equipment if need be
- Must be based in the US and have US work authorization
- Clear a background check
