Job Summary
Conduct private and small group swim lessons tailored to each student's ability, assessing skills and adapting plans to meet individual needs. Schedule lessons with flexibility and travel safely to client pool locations within your chosen radius. Ensure student safety at all times while delivering a fun, tracked learning experience. Begin teaching within 24-48 hours post-interview. Earn $40-$70 per hour with payments processed within 24 hours.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of swim instruction experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation
- Swim instruction equipment if need be
- Must be based in the US and have US work authorization
- Clear a background check
