Job Summary
Conduct private and small group swim lessons tailored to individual student abilities, assessing skills and adapting plans to ensure safe, tracked progress. Schedule lessons with flexibility and travel safely to client locations in your preferred radius. Deliver a fun, full learning experience while maintaining student safety at all times. Earn $40-$70 per hour with payments processed within 24 hours. Begin teaching within 24-48 hours post-interview.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of swim instruction experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation
- Swim instruction equipment if need be
- Must be based in the US and have US work authorization
- Clear a background check
