Job Summary
Conduct private and small group swim lessons tailored to individual student abilities while ensuring safety at client homes and community pools. Schedule lessons with flexibility and travel locally to various pool locations. Create custom lesson plans, assess student progress, and adapt instruction to meet specific needs. Provide a fun, tracked learning experience for swimmers of all ages. Work within your preferred travel radius and manage your own schedule. Begin teaching within 24-48 hours of onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of swim instruction experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation
- Swim instruction equipment if need be
- Must be based in the US and have US work authorization
- Clear a background check
