Job Summary
Conduct private and small group swim lessons tailored to individual student abilities, assessing progress and adapting plans to ensure safety and effective learning. Schedule flexible lessons with clients at their homes or community pools, traveling safely to each location while maintaining a professional attitude. Create custom lesson plans and provide a tracked, fun learning experience for swimmers of all ages and skill levels. Earn $40-$70 per hour with payments processed within 24 hours. Requires at least two years of swim instruction experience, CPR/First Aid certification, and US work authorization. Begin teaching within 24-48 hours of onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of swim instruction experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation
- Swim instruction equipment if need be
- Must be based in the US and have US work authorization
- Clear a background check
