Job Summary
Conduct private and small group swim lessons tailored to individual student abilities and learning styles. Schedule flexible lessons with clients at their homes or community pools, then travel safely to each location. Assess student progress, monitor safety at all times, and adapt lesson plans to meet specific client needs. Provide a fun, tracked learning experience while ensuring a professional and positive attitude throughout interactions. Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of swim instruction experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation
- Swim instruction equipment if need be
- Must be based in the US and have US work authorization
