Job Summary
Conduct private and small group swim lessons tailored to each student's ability, assessing skills and adapting plans to meet individual needs. Schedule lessons with flexibility and travel safely to client locations in your preferred radius. Ensure student safety at all times while delivering a tracked, fun learning experience. Earn $40-$70 per hour with payments processed within 24 hours. You must have at least two years of swim instruction experience, be 18+, hold CPR and First Aid certifications, and pass a background check. InstaSwim covers the cost of background checks and adds you to a general liability policy. Begin teaching within 24-48 hours post-interview.
Required Qualifications
