Job Summary
Conduct private and small group swim lessons at client homes and community pools, creating custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability. Schedule lessons with flexibility and travel safely to locations, while assessing student skills, monitoring progress, and adapting instruction to meet needs. Ensure student safety at all times and deliver a fun, tracked learning experience for individuals of all ages. Earn $40-$70 per hour with payments processed within 24 hours. Requires at least two years of swim instruction experience, CPR/First Aid certification, and US work authorization. Begin teaching within 48 hours of onboarding.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of swim instruction experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation
- Swim instruction equipment if need be
- Must be based in the US and have US work authorization
- Clear a background check
