Job Summary
Conduct private and small group swim lessons tailored to students' abilities, assess progress, and adapt plans to meet individual needs. Schedule lessons with flexibility, travel safely to client locations in your preferred radius, and ensure student safety at all times. Create custom lesson plans and deliver a tracked, fun learning experience for clients of all ages and skill levels. Earn $40-$70 per hour with payments processed within 24 hours. Must hold at least two years of swim instruction experience, be 18+, and have CPR/First Aid certifications. Background checks are covered, and onboarding begins within 48 hours.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of swim instruction experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation
- Swim instruction equipment if need be
- Must be based in the US and have US work authorization
