Job Summary
Conduct private and small group swim lessons in clients' homes and community pools while creating custom lesson plans tailored to each student's ability. Schedule lessons with flexibility, travel safely to client locations, and assess student skills to monitor progress and adapt instruction to meet individual needs. Ensure the safety of students at all times while providing a fun, tracked learning experience for individuals of all ages and skill levels.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of swim instruction experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation
- Swim instruction equipment if need be
- Must be based in the US and have US work authorization
- Clear a background check
