Job Summary
Conduct private and small group swim lessons tailored to individual student abilities and learning styles. Schedule lessons with flexibility and travel safely to client locations within your preferred radius. Assess student skills, monitor progress, and adapt lessons to meet specific needs while ensuring safety at all times. Create custom lesson plans and provide a tracked, fun learning experience for swimmers of all ages. Earn $40-$70 per hour with payments processed within 24 hours. Requires at least two years of swim instruction experience, CPR/First Aid certification, and a clear background check.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of swim instruction experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation
- Swim instruction equipment if need be
- Must be based in the US and have US work authorization
