Conduct private and small group swim lessons tailored to individual student abilities while ensuring safety at client pools in your local area. Create custom lesson plans, assess progress, and adapt instruction to meet specific learning needs. Schedule lessons with flexibility and travel safely to various locations within your chosen radius. Earn $40-$70 per hour with payments processed within 24 hours. You must hold at least two years of swim instruction experience, be 18 or older, and possess CPR and First Aid certifications. Begin teaching within 24-48 hours of onboarding.
