Job Summary
Conduct private and small group swim lessons tailored to student ability, while assessing skills, monitoring progress, and adapting plans to meet individual needs. Schedule flexible lessons, travel safely to client locations, and ensure student safety at all times. Deliver a fun, tracked learning experience for swimmers of all ages and skill levels. Earn $40-$70 per hour with payments processed within 24 hours. Requires at least two years of swim instruction experience, CPR/First Aid certification, and US work authorization. Begin teaching within 24-48 hours post-interview.
Required Qualifications
- At least 2 years of swim instruction experience
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- CPR and First Aid certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- Reliable transportation
- Swim instruction equipment if need be
- Must be based in the US and have US work authorization
