Schedule sessions flexibly to suit client availability, travel to local parks or client locations, and provide necessary equipment for each session. Assess player skills, track progress, and adapt lessons while ensuring safety and maintaining effective communication with parents or caregivers. This role requires a minimum of two years of professional coaching experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to work independently.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience coaching or training soccer players of any age
- Reliable transportation for traveling to training locations
- Complete and clear a criminal background check
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with players and clients
- An energetic and engaging personality, especially when working with children and teens
