Job Summary
Conduct private and group soccer lessons for players of all ages across local parks, fields, or client locations. Create custom lesson plans tailored to individual goals, assess skills, track progress, and adapt training as needed. Schedule sessions flexibly to match availability while traveling safely to and from preferred sites. Provide necessary equipment and ensure player safety throughout sessions. Communicate regularly with parents or caregivers regarding development. Maintain an energetic, engaging presence while working independently.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience coaching or training soccer players of any age
- Reliable transportation for traveling to training locations
- Complete and clear a criminal background check
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with players and clients
- An energetic and engaging personality, especially when working with children and teens
- Confidence in working independently while delivering high-quality training
- Ability to provide your own soccer training equipment for lessons
