Job Summary
Conduct private and group soccer lessons for players of all ages, creating custom training plans and assessing skills to adapt instruction to individual goals. Schedule sessions flexibly to match client availability and travel safely to local parks, fields, or client homes while providing all necessary equipment. Deliver engaging learning experiences that ensure player safety and maintain clear communication with parents regarding progress. Work independently within a flexible schedule, accepting client offers in your chosen travel radius to receive payment within 24 hours post-lesson.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience coaching or training soccer players of any age
- Reliable transportation for traveling to training locations
- Complete and clear a criminal background check
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with players and clients
- An energetic and engaging personality, especially when working with children and teens
- Confidence in working independently while delivering high-quality training
- Ability to provide your own soccer training equipment for lessons
