Job Summary
Conduct private and group soccer lessons tailored to players of all ages and skill levels. Schedule sessions flexibly to suit client availability and travel safely to local parks, fields, or client locations. Create custom lesson plans, assess player skills, track progress, and adapt training to meet individual goals. Provide necessary equipment and ensure the safety of all participants during sessions. Communicate regularly with parents or caregivers regarding player development. Deliver an engaging learning experience while maintaining independence and professional standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience coaching or training soccer players of any age
- Reliable transportation for traveling to training locations
- Complete and clear a criminal background check
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with players and clients
- An energetic and engaging personality, especially when working with children and teens
- Confidence in working independently while delivering high-quality training
- Ability to provide your own soccer training equipment for lessons
