Job Summary
Conduct private and group soccer lessons at client locations, including parks and fields, while traveling to and from these spots. Schedule sessions flexibly to match availability and create custom lesson plans tailored to each player's unique goals and skill levels. Assess player abilities, track progress, and adapt training to ensure safety and engagement throughout the session. Provide necessary equipment for successful lessons and communicate regularly with parents or caregivers regarding player development.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience coaching or training soccer players of any age
- Reliable transportation for traveling to training locations
- Complete and clear a criminal background check
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with players and clients
- An energetic and engaging personality, especially when working with children and teens
- Confidence in working independently while delivering high-quality training
- Ability to provide your own soccer training equipment for lessons
