Job Summary
Conduct private and group soccer lessons for players of all ages by creating custom training plans, assessing skills, and adapting sessions to individual goals. Schedule lessons flexibly to match client availability and travel safely to local parks, fields, or client locations while providing necessary equipment. Ensure player safety throughout training and communicate progress directly with parents or caregivers. This role requires at least two years of professional coaching experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a criminal background check. Payments are issued within 24 hours post-lesson, and you will receive general liability insurance coverage at no cost.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience coaching or training soccer players of any age
- Reliable transportation for traveling to training locations
- Complete and clear a criminal background check
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with players and clients
