Job Summary
Conduct private and group soccer lessons for players of all ages by traveling to local parks, fields, or client locations. Create custom lesson plans tailored to individual abilities and goals while assessing skills, tracking progress, and adapting instruction as needed. Schedule sessions flexibly to suit availability and provide all necessary equipment for successful training. Ensure player safety throughout sessions and communicate effectively with parents or caregivers regarding development. Deliver engaging, enjoyable learning experiences that build confidence and technical proficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience coaching or training soccer players of any age
- Reliable transportation for traveling to training locations
- Complete and clear a criminal background check
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with players and clients
- An energetic and engaging personality, especially when working with children and teens
- Confidence in working independently while delivering high-quality training
- Ability to provide your own soccer training equipment for lessons
