Job Summary
Conduct private and group soccer lessons for players of all ages, creating custom plans tailored to individual goals and skill levels. Schedule sessions flexibly to suit availability and travel safely to local parks, fields, or client locations. Assess player progress, adapt training as needed, and ensure safety while providing all necessary equipment. Communicate regularly with parents or caregivers regarding development. Work independently within a flexible schedule, choosing clients and managing your own travel radius.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience coaching or training soccer players of any age
- Reliable transportation for traveling to training locations
- Complete and clear a criminal background check
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with players and clients
- An energetic and engaging personality, especially when working with children and teens
- Confidence in working independently while delivering high-quality training
- Ability to provide your own soccer training equipment for lessons
