Job Summary
Conduct private and group soccer lessons for players of all ages, creating custom training plans and assessing individual skills to track progress. Schedule sessions flexibly to match client availability, traveling to local parks, fields, or client locations while providing necessary equipment and ensuring player safety. Communicate regularly with parents or caregivers regarding player development. This role requires at least two years of professional coaching experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a criminal background check. Payments are issued within 24 hours post-lesson, and you will be covered under Dribbler's general liability insurance.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience coaching or training soccer players of any age
- Reliable transportation for traveling to training locations
- Complete and clear a criminal background check
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with players and clients
- An energetic and engaging personality, especially when working with children and teens
