Job Summary
Conduct private and group soccer lessons for players of all ages, creating custom training plans and assessing individual skills to adapt instruction. Schedule sessions flexibly to match client availability while traveling to local parks, fields, or client locations. Provide necessary equipment, ensure player safety, and communicate progress with parents or caregivers. Deliver engaging, professional training experiences tailored to unique goals. This role requires at least two years of professional coaching experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to work independently. Payments are issued within 24 hours post-lesson, and you will receive general liability insurance coverage.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience coaching or training soccer players of any age
- Reliable transportation for traveling to training locations
- Complete and clear a criminal background check
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with players and clients
- An energetic and engaging personality, especially when working with children and teens
- Confidence in working independently while delivering high-quality training
- Ability to provide your own soccer training equipment for lessons
