Job Summary
Conduct private and group soccer lessons for players of all ages at local parks, fields, or client locations. Schedule sessions flexibly while traveling safely to and from training sites. Create custom lesson plans tailored to each player's abilities and goals, assessing skills, tracking progress, and adapting instruction as needed. Provide necessary equipment and ensure the safety of all participants during sessions. Communicate effectively with parents or caregivers regarding player development. Deliver an engaging learning experience while maintaining independence and high standards.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience coaching or training soccer players of any age
- Reliable transportation for traveling to training locations
- Complete and clear a criminal background check
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with players and clients
- An energetic and engaging personality, especially when working with children and teens
- Confidence in working independently while delivering high-quality training
- Ability to provide your own soccer training equipment for lessons
