Job Summary
Conduct private and group soccer lessons for players of all ages by traveling to local parks, fields, or client locations. Schedule sessions flexibly, create custom training plans, and assess skills to adapt instruction to individual goals. Provide necessary equipment, ensure player safety, and communicate progress with parents or caregivers. Deliver engaging, professional instruction while maintaining independence. General liability insurance coverage is included at no cost.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience coaching or training soccer players of any age
- Reliable transportation for traveling to training locations
- Complete and clear a criminal background check
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with players and clients
- An energetic and engaging personality, especially when working with children and teens
- Confidence in working independently while delivering high-quality training
- Ability to provide your own soccer training equipment for lessons
