Job Summary
Conduct private and group soccer lessons for players of all ages, creating custom training plans tailored to individual goals and skill levels. Schedule sessions flexibly to match client availability and travel safely to local parks, fields, or client locations. Assess player progress, adapt lessons as needed, and ensure safety while providing all necessary equipment. Communicate regularly with parents or caregivers regarding player development. This role offers the flexibility to set your own schedule and choose clients within your local area, with payments issued within 24 hours post-lesson.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience coaching or training soccer players of any age
- Reliable transportation for traveling to training locations
- Complete and clear a criminal background check
- Strong communication skills to effectively engage with players and clients
- An energetic and engaging personality, especially when working with children and teens
- Confidence in working independently while delivering high-quality training
- Ability to provide your own soccer training equipment for lessons
