Private Sector Partnership Specialist

Job Summary
Develop and execute private sector partnership strategies by researching corporate, retail, foundation, and embassy prospects to identify funding opportunities. Lead proposal development and contract bidding for ESG, CSR, and cause-related marketing budgets in coordination with program and finance teams. Manage donor relationships through structured engagement plans, networking events, and regular check-ins while maintaining compliance with safeguarding and organizational policies. Track funding status, prepare briefing notes, and submit periodic accomplishment reports to ensure smooth transitions between donor sources. Contribute to capacity building, knowledge sharing, and risk management within the unit to support World Vision's transformational development and emergency response approaches in Indonesia.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor degree from Business Administration, Social Sciences or any relevant fields
- Min. 3 years working experience in Marketing, B2B, Sales or Fund Raising Project
- Familiar with public fundraising with corporates, foundations, shopping malls and retails, and embassies
- Strong commercial orientation with discerning interpersonal skills
- Fluent in English with a minimum TOEFL score of 550
- Candidates must provide a valid TOEFL certificate and include the score on their resume
- Travel: Domestic and International may be required
- Ability to attend social weekends and evening's events as needed
- Good health and high mobility, with the ability to conduct frequent on-site corporate/ retails/ foundation/ embassies visits and meetings
- Good analytical skill
- Strong negotiation, influencing and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle and complete multiple tasks within deadlines and projects
- Proven presentation skill
- Good knowledge in proposal preparation and program management
- Must comply with WVI's Safeguarding Policy (zero tolerance towards violence or abuse against children or adults)
