Job Summary
Conduct placement conferences, graduation plan reviews, and transcript evaluations for students and families. Collect required documentation to finalize course placements and assist families in obtaining necessary materials. Translate international transcripts and report cards for transferring students while analyzing data to identify potential problem areas. Document all communications within Stride tools and databases, then prioritize assigned caseloads to complete placements within time frames. Work remotely from Washington, D.C., or any state, with availability for weekend and evening shifts as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in education or related field of study
- Six (6) months of customer service experience
- Available to work weekends and evenings as needed
- Effective verbal and written communications skills
- Work independently with minimal guidance
- Office 365 and web proficiency
- Ability to clear required background check
Desired Qualifications
- Prior experience as a Placement Counselor
- Academic Counselor certification
