Job Summary
Private & Professional Banking Officer responsible for delivering high-net-worth client-focused banking solutions. Key duties include managing a portfolio of loans and deposits, selling complex Retail and Commercial Banking products/services to high-net-worth clients and professional firms, analyzing business financials, maintaining referral networks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Requires strong client relationship management, sales ability, credit understanding, and proficiency with Salesforce and MS Office; travel between Republic Banking facilities may be required; SAFE Act registration may be applicable for residential mortgage originations.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years’ experience in commercial and retail lending or equivalent experience required
- Minimum of 5 years’ previous sales experience required
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) required
- NMLS registration may be required*
