Private practice urology opportunity with a physician-owned group in Central Illinois. Seeking a urologist for a partnership-track position offering ownership opportunities in lithotripsy, pathology, pharmacy and lab services, with a 4-day clinical work week and 1:4 paid call. Inpatient care supported by a hospitalist team; Da Vinci robotic capabilities available; flexible scope to develop subspecialty interests; efficient practice with streamlined workflows and protected OR access to enable high-level autonomy. Bloomington-Normal area provides quality of life and access to Chicago and St. Louis.
