Job Summary
Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy while performing intake evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and crisis interventions. Formulate personalized treatment plans and collaborate with psychiatrists and social workers on case consultations. Educate patients on conditions and medication adherence, maintain accurate EHR documentation, and ensure compliance with DEA and state guidelines. Stay current on psychiatric advancements through continuing education and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. Requires independent licensure as an LPC, LCSW, or equivalent, with a master's degree preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Counseling, Psychology or Social Work
- Must be independently licensed and in good standing as an LPC, LCSW, or equivalent
- Will accept provisionally licensed associates
- A thorough knowledge of The Joint Commission, OSHA, CMS, DHS, State Regulations, and Federal Regulatory Standards
- Complete TB testing
- Drug Screening
- Background check
