Job Summary
Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy while performing intake evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and crisis interventions. Formulate personalized treatment plans and collaborate with psychiatrists, social workers, and other providers through case consultations and referrals. Educate patients on conditions and medication adherence, maintain accurate EHR documentation, and ensure compliance with legal and ethical standards. Stay current on psychiatric care advancements through continuing education and clinical supervision. Requires Master's degree, independent licensure as LPC/LCSW, and two years of private practice experience.
Required Qualifications
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Counseling, Psychology or Social Work
- Must be independently licensed and in good standing as an LPC, LCSW, or equivalent
- Will accept provisionally licensed associates
- A thorough knowledge of The Joint Commission, OSHA, CMS, DHS, State Regulations, and Federal Regulatory Standards
- Complete TB testing
- Drug Screening
- Background check
