Job Summary
Conduct individual, couple, and family therapy, including thorough intake evaluations, diagnostic assessments, and crisis interventions. Formulate personalized treatment plans and collaborate with psychiatrists and social workers on case consultations. Educate patients on conditions and treatment options while maintaining accurate EHR documentation and ensuring compliance with legal and ethical standards. Monitor controlled substance prescribing and contribute to quality improvement initiatives. Requires Master's degree, independent licensure (LPC/LCSW), and two years of private practice experience. Required Qualifications
- Master's degree from an accredited college or university in Counseling, Psychology or Social Work
- Must be independently licensed and in good standing as an LPC, LCSW, or equivalent
- Will accept provisionally licensed associates
- A thorough knowledge of The Joint Commission, OSHA, CMS, DHS, State Regulations, and Federal Regulatory Standards
- Complete TB testing
- Drug Screening
- Background check
