PRIVATE PAY INTAKE SPECIALIST

Private Pay Intake Specialist handles incoming private pay leads by phone, contacts prospective clients and families to provide information about home care services, builds trust and positive relationships, gathers care needs and scheduling information, educates families about Damascus Home Care services, addresses concerns professionally, schedules first meetings with the assigned supervisor, maintains accurate documentation and progress status records, follows up with prospective clients, collaborates with care managers and office staff to support admissions, supports caregiver recruitment and retention, conducts hiring activities to support the supervisory team, and ensures new hires complete onboarding before transitioning to supervisor oversight. Compensation includes a base wage and/or performance-based commission ($800/week plus commission; commission: $1/hour for private pay client hours in that week).
