Job Summary
Seasoned Private Pay Collections Specialist needed to manage AR for private pay accounts across aging buckets, make collection calls to patients/families, identify correct responsible party and adjust invoices, resolve billing discrepancies, work aged receivables, utilize Brightree software, and meet individual/department goals from an Eagan, MN office.
Required Qualifications
- 1-2 years of collections experience, preferably in DME/HME or medical
- Well versed in medical insurance and terminology
- Great communication skills written and verbal, contacting insurances, facilities, patients, etc.
