Private Nurse Practitioners Admin Coordinator (m/f/x)

Job Summary
As a PNP Admin Coordinator, you’ll manage approximately 300 nurses nationwide, build relationships with Nursing Professionals, and support Revenue streams by driving improvements to systems and SOPs. You’ll assist local Operational Leadership and Sales with strategic client liaison, Administration, Contract Management, Bids and Tenders and ad hoc projects; ensure timely processing within Accounts Payable procedures; and provide online support to Nursing Professionals.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Public Relations and/or Communication OR Diploma and/or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Forensic Auditing or a related field
- 3 to 5 years work experience in a related field (MedTech or similar company with an understanding of private healthcare and reimbursement in South Africa preferred)
- Strong Customer services and communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work independently maintaining Database of clients, capturing data, working with BI Reports, ppt presentations and MS Excel
- Ability to maintain great quality standards while meeting deadlines in a high pressure environment
