Job Summary
As a Summer Seasonal Private Bar Attendant at Four Seasons Whistler, you will monitor and maintain minibars in guest rooms, ensuring items are well-stocked, properly displayed, and within expiration dates. You will replenish minibars, respond promptly to guest requests for refills, and assist with minibar inquiries. You will monitor inventory, place replenishment orders, conduct regular audits, and generate daily reports on minibar activities. You will report damaged or missing items to the In Room Dining Manager, adhere to company policies and alcohol service regulations (Serving it Right certificate required), and collaborate with the In Room Dining team to ensure seamless guest services. You will also support In Room Dining operations, including delivering food orders to guest rooms, and remain adaptable to evolving guest needs. Knowledge of minibar inventory systems is a plus, and strong English communication and teamwork are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Prior retail or customer service experience
- Experience in a hotel or hospitality setting preferred
- Serving it Right BC certificate
