Job Summary
Private Markets Investment Administrator supporting onboarding and ongoing administration of private market opportunities, collaborating with internal teams, fund managers, legal teams and ecosystem partners to ensure data accuracy, efficient workflows (subscriptions, capital calls, distributions, reporting), investor onboarding (KYC/AML), and high-quality client experiences across investment lifecycle activities; role emphasizes operational excellence, data accuracy, and cross-team coordination within a regulated financial services environment.
Required Qualifications
- Essential: Previous experience in financial services operations, fund administration, private markets administration or investment operations
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong Excel and Microsoft Office skills
- Comfortable working with digital platforms, operational systems and workflow tools
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with external stakeholders
- Proactive, adaptable and solutions-oriented mindset
- Understanding of KYC/AML and investor onboarding processes
- Desirable: Experience working with private markets, alternative investments or wealth management platforms
- Familiarity with fund structures, investor servicing and private asset lifecycle processes
- Experience supporting regulated financial services businesses
- Experience using CRM, workflow or SaaS-based operational platforms
