Job Summary
AVP Fund Accounting & Administration leads a growing team delivering accounting and administrative services for alternative investment funds, including income allocation, determination of management and incentive fees, processing capital events, NAV reporting, onboarding existing client funds, and launching new funds. The role emphasizes client satisfaction, adherence to internal policies and external regulations, and the design of technology solutions to handle complex reporting and data needs. Key skills include critical thinking, problem solving, attention to detail, and effective time management, with a Bachelor's in accounting or finance and 5–6 years of Private Equity experience. CPA qualification is favorable but not required, and experience with Investran or Geneva is advantageous.

- 5 to 6 years of Private Equity experience
- Experience with alternative investment asset classes, complex fund structures and fee calculations desired
- Strong communication and management skills
- Ability to thrive in a high-pressure deadline driven environment
