Job Summary
In the role of Private Markets / Alternatives Sales Director at DTCC, you will lead the growth trajectory of DTCC’s Private Markets Solutions business, driving adoption of private markets capabilities and fostering client relationships. Responsibilities include managing a commercial plan to grow revenue, securing contracts, and converting business opportunities with stakeholders in the private markets ecosystem. A strong understanding of private market operations and experience in the financial services or software industry is essential. Ideal candidates will possess exceptional relationship-building skills and a strategic mindset to navigate industry challenges.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in the financial services or software industry.
- Minimum five years of experience working directly in the private markets/alternatives ecosystem in a sales, business development, product, or partnership capacity.

- Ability to lead a team with clarity, purpose, and accountability while contributing to the broader growth ambitions of Wealth & Investment Solutions and DTCC.
