Job Summary
Apply deep expertise in loan and private markets documentation to engage with stakeholders, agents, borrowers, and high-profile clients. Interpret complex legal provisions into actionable insights and facilitate settlement processes across syndications, CLOs, restructurings, and infrastructure debt. Collaborate with internal and external teams to maintain the accuracy and integrity of the Investment Book of Record (IBOR) while investigating and resolving cash, position, and transaction discrepancies. Lead initiatives focused on process automation and control enhancements to improve efficiency and mitigate operational risk. Manage multiple projects concurrently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining exceptional attention to detail and adherence to deadlines.
Required Qualifications
- 5–10 years of experience in loan operations or similar expertise in settlements, reconciliations, and documentation-driven transactions
- Strong understanding of private credit, real assets, and project finance
- Exceptional communication and client service skills, with the ability to foster strong relationships
- Comprehensive understanding of banking and investment management, including experience in alternatives such as Private Credit, bank loans, credit strategies, registered funds, financial institutions, and a diverse range of investor types
- Proven ability to perform effectively under pressure in high-volume, high-risk environments with minimal margin for error
- Highly self-motivated and collaborative, demonstrating a proactive approach to taking on additional responsibilities
- Strong capability to prioritize and manage multiple requests while maintaining focus on overarching objectives and deadlines
- Sound decision-making skills, with the ability to make well-informed judgments based on available information and seek clarification or assistance when necessary
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and related applications
- Solid knowledge of trading instruments and settlement processes
- Excellent analytical and organizational skills, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in execution
