Job Summary
Deliver proactive, high-touch concierge-level service to high-net-worth clients across private banking lending needs. Manage specialized lending workflows from application through funding, including complex wire payments, fund transfers, sub-account renewals, rate changes, and GIC/M1-related requests. Provide guidance across lending products (mortgages, Manulife One) and support account openings and fee waivers. Act as a trusted advisor within Concierge Banking, collaborating with advisor partners, Operations, and supporting teams to identify cross-sell opportunities and enhance the client experience. Maintain accuracy and compliance in all client instructions, respond to inquiries (bill payments, Interac e-Transfers, name changes, credit card inquiries), and deliver consistent, superior service in a remote Canada-based role.
Required Qualifications
- Post-secondary education in Business, Finance, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Experience in private banking, lending operations, commercial banking, or high-net-worth client service
- Knowledge of lending products, banking operations, and client servicing best practices
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French is preferred
