Job Summary
Conduct private lacrosse lessons on your own schedule, utilizing your professional judgment for drills, pacing, and structure. Review and accept client offers from families in your area, then contact them directly to agree on logistics before running the session. Submit a brief after each completed lesson to trigger payment via PayPal within 24–48 hours. Operate as an independent 1099 contractor with no quotas or penalties for declining work, managing your own equipment and travel radius while STXZ handles client acquisition and billing. Requires consistent coaching experience, reliable transportation, and background check clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Consistent experience coaching lacrosse or competitive playing experience
- Reliable transportation to training locations in your area
- Willingness to complete a background check before receiving full client details
- Your own coaching equipment — cones, balls, training aids
- Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. as a 1099 independent contractor
- Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes
