Job Summary
Conduct private lacrosse coaching sessions with clients sourced through the STXZ marketplace, utilizing your own equipment and professional judgment for drills and lesson structure. Contact clients directly within 24 hours to confirm schedules and locations, then submit a brief after each completed session to receive payment via PayPal within 24–48 hours. Operate as an independent 1099 contractor with full control over your schedule, territory, and client acceptance, handling your own business expenses and taxes while STXZ manages client acquisition and payment processing. Consistent coaching experience, reliable transportation, and a willingness to complete a background check are required.
Required Qualifications
- Consistent experience coaching lacrosse or competitive playing experience
- Reliable transportation to training locations in your area
- Willingness to complete a background check before receiving full client details
- Your own coaching equipment — cones, balls, training aids
- Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. as a 1099 independent contractor
- Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes
