Job Summary

Review and accept client offers sent through the platform, then contact families within 24 hours to agree on time and location. Submit a brief after each completed session to trigger fast payouts of $35–50 per hour. Manage your own equipment, travel radius, and business expenses while STXZ handles client acquisition, payment processing, and administrative support. Requires consistent coaching experience, reliable transportation, and completion of a background check.
Required Qualifications
- Consistent experience coaching lacrosse
- Competitive playing experience
- Reliable transportation to training locations in your area
- Willingness to complete a background check
- Your own coaching equipment
- Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. as a 1099 independent contractor
- Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes
