Contact families within 24 hours to finalize session details, then deliver drills and instruction using your professional judgment while submitting a post-session briefing. You operate as an independent contractor, managing your own equipment and travel radius while STXZ handles client acquisition, payment processing, and administrative support. Earn a flat rate of $35–$50 per completed hour with payouts within 48 hours. Consistent coaching experience, reliable transportation, and the ability to pass a background check are required to begin receiving local offers.
Required Qualifications
- Consistent experience coaching lacrosse or competitive playing experience
- Reliable transportation to training locations in your area
