Contact clients within 24 hours of acceptance to agree on location and timing, then submit a post-session briefing to receive flat-rate payment of $35–$50 per hour with payouts within 48 hours. Manage your own equipment, travel radius, and business expenses as an independent 1099 contractor, while STXZ handles client acquisition, payment processing, and platform liability coverage. Requires consistent coaching experience, reliable transportation, and completion of a background check.
