Contact clients within 24 hours to agree on location and timing, then submit a brief after each completed session to receive flat-rate payment of $35–$50 per hour via PayPal within 24–48 hours. Manage your own equipment, travel radius, and business expenses while operating as a 1099 independent contractor with no quotas or penalties for declining offers. Consistent coaching experience, reliable transportation, and a completed background check are required. STXZ handles client acquisition, payment processing, and platform liability coverage for booked sessions.
