Job Summary
Conduct private lacrosse lessons on your own schedule, accepting client offers and running sessions using your professional judgment for drills, pacing, and structure. Contact clients within 24 hours to agree on location and time, then submit a quick lesson briefing to receive payment via PayPal within 24–48 hours. Manage your own equipment and travel radius while STXZ handles client acquisition, payment processing, and billing. Requires consistent coaching experience, reliable transportation, and ability to work independently as a 1099 contractor.

- Consistent experience coaching lacrosse
- Competitive playing experience
- Reliable transportation to training locations in your area
- Willingness to complete a background check
- Your own coaching equipment
- Strong communication with parents, players, and the STXZ team
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. as a 1099 independent contractor
- Professionalism and confidence working independently with families and youth athletes
